Mercy's Laboratory
is an important partner for physicians to help diagnose diseases
and treat medical illness. The pathologists and technologists who
invest their careers in the lab track down causes for illness that
are often invisible to other diagnostics procedures.The lab provides
inpatient laboratory testing 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Mercy also offers an outpatient laboratory for the convenience of
patients. Specialty areas include microbiology, hematology, chemistry,
blood bank, coagulation, and pathology. |

Lab Outpatient Draw Site
People needing outpatient
lab tests can take advantage of lower lab fees and quick, convenient service
by having specimens drawn at Mercy's Outpatient Lab. All specimens are
still processed by the medical center lab.
Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays).
