Our Team

The Quality Improvement Department team focuses on uniting quality, team building and patient safety through clinical effectiveness, infection control, and process improvement.  Our Quality team includes an RN Assistant Director, Quality Medical Director, Core Measures RN, Meaningful Use RN, Quality Reviewer RN, Quality Analyst, Quality Coordinator, and two RN Infection Preventionists. Our team is led by our Assistant Director, Barbara Grotting. Barbara is passionate about quality, team building and process improvement . Barbara is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and is experienced in quality areas such as documentation improvement, peer review, regulatory process, risk management and process improvement. The team incorporates a culture of accountability and continuous assessment and improvement by integrating the latest quality evidence based strategies.
